This ZIP file contains a series of “tasters” for a future MCM-Online update. These are based on discussions with, and feedback from, MCM users.
The first is a rework of MCM Handbook Chapter 5, but from a local (financial) perspective rather from a national (economic) standpoint. This document can be used for assessing the direct and indirect flood damages (or benefits if avoided) to Non-Residential Properties in a local area. This may be useful for assessing the potential for partnership contributions.
The other tasters consist of a one-page introduction to assessing other areas not currently covered in the MCM. Others will be added throughout the Licence period.
We encourage user feedback on all of these tasters so we can focus on improving research knowledge on the areas of interest to users for future updates.
